Clear agreements

Set terms up front, in your own words. No awkward conversations later.

Reminders, if you want them

Turn on a gentle nudge for a date you set. Entirely optional, always in your control.

Trusted introductions

Reach people through someone you both already trust — not a stranger's profile.

How it'll work

A simple path from knowing someone, to trusting them, to helping each other out.

1

Build your circle

Add the people you already trust, and see who they trust too.

2

Post what you need

Let your circle know what you're looking to borrow or lend.

3

Agree, together

Write out your own terms with the other person — nothing is decided for you.

4

Keep your own record

A plain record of what you agreed to, kept between the two of you.

Stop signing up on random loan apps that steal your data and threaten your privacy.
Ask the people you trust.

🔒 ₹10 to reserve your spot. It's not a subscription or a loan fee — it just tells us you're genuinely interested, not just curious. We're putting everything into bringing Circle of Trust to life as soon as we can — and on the small chance we don't get there, we'll return your ₹10 in full.

Questions people ask

Is this a loan app?

Not yet. Right now we're building the trust network — the part that helps you find and connect with the right people. Lending features come later, and we'll be upfront about how that works when it's ready.

Will I get my ₹10 back?

We're working hard to launch as soon as possible. If, for some remote chance, we don't get there, everyone who signed up gets a full refund — no questions asked.

How does the ₹1000 reward actually work?

Every paid waitlist member becomes eligible for a ₹1000 Founding Member reward. To claim it, within 60 days of launch you need to complete your first Circle of Trust — a fully confirmed agreement, as either borrower or lender — and have notifications turned on in the app. This is entirely about your own activity; it's never dependent on anyone you refer, and referring friends is a completely separate thing from this reward. The reward is capped to a limited number of founding members and a fixed program budget, so it's first-come, first-served once you're active. Once you qualify, you'll see it in the app and can submit your payout details there — payouts are processed manually and aren't instant.

Is my information safe?

We only collect what's needed to hold your spot and reach you at launch. We don't sell your data.

When do you launch?

We're testing interest right now. If enough people join, we'll move fast — and you'll be the first to know.

Waitlist & Founding Member Reward Terms

Applies to the ₹10 waitlist reservation and the Founding Member and Referral reward programs. This is not the complete Terms of Service for the Circle of Trust platform, which will follow separately at launch.

1. The ₹10 waitlist reservation

Your ₹10 reserves your spot on the waitlist. It is not a loan, subscription, deposit, or investment, and does not earn interest. If Circle of Trust does not launch, this amount will be refunded in full.

2. Founding Member reward (₹1000)

3. Referral reward

4. Sole discretion

Circle of Trust has sole and final discretion to determine what counts as a completed Circle of Trust, whether notification settings and account activity genuinely qualify, whether any activity is fraudulent, abusive, or manipulated, and the eligibility, amount, and timing of any reward under these programs. Decisions made under this discretion are final and not subject to appeal.

5. Limitation of liability

Participation in these reward programs is voluntary. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Circle of Trust and its founders and operators are not liable for any claim, dispute, loss, or damage arising from or relating to these programs, including delay, denial, modification, capping, or discontinuation of any reward. Circle of Trust may modify, suspend, cap, or discontinue either program at any time.
